Antique Finely Inlaid Anglo Indian Seashell Trunk

Fine mid 20th century trunk with superb inlay decorative work on all sides with butterfly and foliage motifs. The trunk opens to reveal several internal compartments with two carved and inlaid doors lift up to reveal secret compartments and more storage. A trunk like this is traditionally used to store valuables. This type of inlay work is rare and exclusive to De-cor.
